Dr. M. Chandra Shekar is Professor of Physics and present Rector of the University. He has 33 years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 50 research papers in National and international Journals/ Conferences. His specialization includes Solid State Physics, Materials Science, Medical Physics, Nano Composites and Thin film technology. He authored two Text Books namely 1. Applied Physics, 2. Engineering Physics. He is a former Head of the Dept, & Chairman, Board of Studies in Physics. He is also the former Director of Admissions. He is a Panel expert for various Universities and research Journals
